eval() Forbiden?

I've put a ticket on chat system, but there is no one there at this time...
If I am messing up posting this, I apologise:

I recently create an add-on domain (that I win in a contest in x10 :biggrin and I am trying to install Moodle.
The new domain is lapraxis.com
When I try to install I get:
Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/audiolis/public_html/lapraxis.com/lib/moodlelib.php(5214) : eval()'d code on line 5214

I had all ready installed once moodle and I didn't get this error...
Is there any problem with PHP?
I can't get into account manager (doing some repair?)... I searched x10 forum and I found that "you need to upgrade to PHP intermediate version", but I all ready did (I have another version of moodle running and Mambo also...)
Also, after creating my add-on domain I test it in my browser and I get la list of files (cgi-bin). I was expectig the Apache "succes" page...
Anything I should know?

You need to request for your account to be upgraded to PHP version 3. This can be done from the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/account). It's in the bottom left of the page.

I apologise for asking, but...
Are you shure?
I've read a lot of posts saying "update to intermediate" and then solved...
I all ready have intermediate (v2) PHP
Again: why is it the other version of moodle running?

I may me wrong. If you look in the account panel it will tell you what is allowed with which version of PHP (If you can't see it straight away click 'more details').

At this moment is not possible:
"The account panel is temporarily disabled while we make some changes. Check back in a few hours!"
So... I'll wait...
But I am quite shure v2 PHP is ok for this...

Oh, sorry I forgot the account panel was disabled.

Just wait for an account manager to come along, he/she might know what to do.

So it's me again!!!
I am really sorry, but since this Monday I noticed strange behavior of PHP... it is like rules changing every time or something like that.

I just try to install (again) moodle on lapraxis.com and I get (again):

this error was cleared, but now it returns...

The error log of my account start showing things that never were there before and on primary domain and campus.camaristica.com.ar I did not make any changes (I am attaching a file with the log)...

Please, do not tell me to upgrade to PHP v2... I all ready have that...
What is going on?

i have been having the same problem as well and with mine everything was working fine until half way through yesterday and then everything that was working just stopped. i noticed allot of people with this problem. is it gonna be fixed or do i have to apply to get the upgrade that i didn't need before.
