I am hosted on starka, and I checked on my domain today and everything is gone. All my files have completely vanished - though my database still exists. I spent weeks building my site and don't really want to start over. I know I'm just a free site customer, but I really would appreciate if you could find and restore my site. The account is btsmoke. It's been relatively static for months, and I'm pretty sure it was OK a couple of weeks ago. If you need anything from me, please let me know.

Browsing the forum after opening my support request, it certainly appears that I am not the only one affected - I see lots of posts from others on starka who've noticed the same thing. It's a small comfort not to be alone, but at least there are others with whom I can comiserate.

It now looks to me like not only are my specific files gone, but my entire home directory, and possibly the entire disk volume is gone. I tried to recreate the basic directory tree to upload a maintenance notice page (you know, so my rinky dink business doesn't look like a fly-by-night rinky dink business), and I can't even do that. Attempting to create the www folder causes an error that my home directory does not exist.
