As I already told you in your suspension dispute, your account was heavily compromised. The compromised install has been moved to public_html_compromised; do NOT put these files live without manually investigating them to ensure they are secure, as if your account is compromised again we cannot unsuspend it. If at all possible I'd recommend installing from scratch as the old files are known to be insecure, as it did get compromised once already.
