Everything done, but just MYSQL Problem ! Please any admin help me !

Hi X10,

I am very happy that my account is successfully moved from old server to the new server.

I can access all services on my account and its also showing Hosting Server as FRIS in my Account Management Panel.

But, I am still unable to use MySQL in my account. Its saying Unable to establish connection to int.fris.x10hosting.com.

So, please perform any required actions as soon as possible.

If it was working before the migration, try going to cPanel,
section Databases
click on Remote SQL
and Add Access Host
int.fris.x10hosting.com

Thanks for your help.

I've just checked my Cpanel and I found in the Remote Mysql that the int.fris.x10hosting.com is already added to the list.

And it was working successfully when my account was on absolut.

Well, I can give you some things to try.

1. Make sure your config file for your software has the databasehost set to 'localhost'

2. cPanel --> MySQL Databases --> Current Databases
Left click on the name of the user and when the privileges box comes up, check the ALL PRIVILEGES box.

Hi buddie,

Thanks for your suggestion man. Actually, I tried your idea but it was unsuccessful.

But later on, I thought that it might be my fault. Actually, the password for my user was containing a ; (colon). That may be a problem in PHP Script.

After that, I made new user and gave it a password without colons and hopefully it works great !

So allover, thanks for your idea ! :redface:
