Exeeded storage allocation..???

I was trying to transfer data to my web.... FTP client returned an error saying that I have exeeded the storage allocation. I just checked the account panel.. I am blocked at 470MB while I should have a 2GB max.....
Can you help me with the above matter???

2 GB is maximum but mostly you have only 1 GB on ad free plan. Don't quote me on that. Go to your control panel to see the accurate information.

If he has double all package then he will be having 2GB space.

@ozzy-collectors-forum, Check the cpanel again, As sometimes it won't update the values immediately.

Moreover, if you wait for some time that is better as the servers migration is going on.
