Alright! The existing issues concerning php breaking 85% of functions through the AdminCP have been solved and I thank the hosting support of X10Hosting for their patience and diligence in working the problem.

Now, the existing issues that exist are as follows:

On the index page of the Admin Control Panel, you'll see stats of the server and the Administration Notes, which is normal.

What I am not seeing is:

1. The Quick Administrator Links
2. vBulletin Developers & Contributors Information

That is the only thing that remains broken throughout the vBulletin message boards and although it isn't critical to have it fixed to successful manage and operate a vBulletin message board. It's a matter of point, I'd like it fixed as soon as possible

Thank you for your tme and patience.
Edit:
Any updates on this issue?
Edit:
Since I have seen people needing an upgrade to to v3, and I am not receiving an answer on this issue.

I am formally requesting that my ticket be elevated to Level 2 with a administrative referal.

Thank you.

Um, I don't mean to be rude, but I posted this several days ago and never got a response to this. Again, I appologize ahead of time if this is interpretted as rude, I have to ask, is not responding to support question standard operating procedure?

Thank you,

We have a lot of free hosting members, and we try our best to support them all. Unfortunately, us account managers can't really help with this question because we don't have much knowledge of vBulletin or the access required to fix it. Another member of staff wil be with you as soon as they can, sorry about the delay.

Everything as far as I know is enabled for

1. The Quick Administrator Links
2. vBulletin Developers & Contributors Information

to work. We would need specific errors to look into this further. You can try checking the error log found in your cPanel.

Well, I can see why... your script is trying to increase the memory limit to 128MBs. That would be your problem :)

There this is part of the legit vBulletin package, is there anyway this can be fixed?
Edit:
Is this issue what caused the increase in server resources? If so, how can I correct it?
Edit:
Any support?

You'll have to find where it's trying to set the memory limit to 128MB and modify it. That is a ridiculous amount for a script to use.
