Experiencing Error Messages

After fresh install of Joomla 1.7 when trying to access the administrator side I receive an error that says Infinite loop detected.

When trying to delete databases from mysql i get this error: Error from cpmysql wrapper:

http://citizen.x10.mx/ is displaying a blank page which meant that a blank index file is put there.
did you install joomla in a subfolder?
If so, can you direct us to the installation URL?
