As you can see from the title, I am experiencing issues with my "href" tags only working when they are something like "#example", I am trying to make the one pointing to "Forums" ref to "http://forums.rustymemes.x10.bz/".

Also when i put that link in, instead my page doesn't load, it stays on the spinning circle... Both locally and when hosted...
