Extreme Slowness

for some reason, since yesterday my site has been having a lot of trouble with some severe slowness. i know it isn't the specific content (eg. script running slow or lots of images) because it is affecting ftp, too. for example, trying to download some files via ftp, it was moving at 23 bytes/second. i checked the server status and everything seems good (great actually, don't think i've ever seen the server load so low) but my stuff is still very slow. my site is at http://ajax-builder.kbjrweb.com/_dev_

I'm having the same problem. Exactly the same. It even takes upto 3 minutes to load just a page!
