You're going to have to provide more details, asking if your account is gone forever won't help much.

From what I can see from your account now, your forum account is not currently linked with a hosting account.

And yes, if you open a support ticket, it is first filed under Community Support. If the issue is a case where we cannot handle it ourselves, particular members with privileges can escalate the problem to administrators.
