Extremely slow or times out

Some users are unable to view my site and if they do, they say it loads extremely slow and/or sometimes times out.

But some users have no problems viewing.

1 User has a DSL connection and can't view, and another user has a dial up connection and can't view.

I'm having no problem viewing it, so i find it kinda strange. While the dial up user apparently can't see the site at all any more.

It seems quite a few other users have also had problems with Lotus today. Staff will have to look into this problem and fix it.

Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and clear your browser cache and then try again..

Ok, i told the users what to do but no luck.

The dial up user, gets redirected to some "mywebsearch" and says the site doesn't exist.

And the DSL user gets a 503 gateway timeout.

My Web Search?
The user obviously has some kind of spyware installed.
"My Web Search" is a known "badware"
I suggest you provide them this link to remove it: http://www.pchell.com/support/mywebsearch.shtml

Thanks, I'll let them know and I'll let you know if the site is viewable after removing it.

Any thoughts about the DSL users gateway timeout?
