I've installed and run eyeOS. It run but a few minutes I my account got suspended for using high cpu usage. Is it illegal to use eyeOS in x10hosting?
Eye OS problem from softaculous!!!

Illegal no, but EyeOS is notorious for being a resource hog - there's home pc's not strong enough to run it because of how much constant processing it does.
Because of that I'd highly recommend trying to find an alternative - if you -do- get to 3 high resource usage suspensions, they're still removable, but you lose the ability to undo it yourself and have to open a ticket to resolve it.
