Fail to Add Domain

Main Domain: feinan.x10.bz
Addon Domain: feinan.co.cc


Hello, admin, this ticket was escalated 8 days ago. Did anyone get chance to review it? Thank you.


My addon domain (feinan.co.cc) was previously hosted with Heliohost. Now I wanna have it hosted with X10. I have updated DNS for feinan.co.cc accordingly. When I try to add "feinan.co.cc" to X10, I get the following error. "Error from park wrapper: feinan.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it."

This means that another account already has that domain parked, and as a result, you can't use it. Do you have another account with it parked? Perhaps you've forgotten about it?

It might be that someone else has parked that domain. Staff are trying to get through the tickets, there's more than 800 open and it should get seen to soon. Please remain patient.
