Failed Logins

Good evening,
I have been locked out from my website since around midday due to incorrect login.

I have reset the password however it says I need to wait 24 hours which I don't understand why? Can this be resolved sooner than the 24 hours?

edit: Error code I'm receiving is ED79EFFDC9838834D

the error code stated the reason for the block as "failed login attempts"
if it says there is a 24 hr wait you have to wait 24 hours before the block is lifted.
i assume every time you try to access the account extends the block time.
(if your still blocked)

i checked your site and it does work but has a blank page.
likely due to wrong php version or bad index page code
