Failed to connect mysql database

In cPanel X, I uses the MySQL database wrzard to create a new database, then I click the myPhpAdmin link and get an error - Wrong username/password. Access denied.

Try this:
Go into cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the list (without quotes)
Then try loading phpMyAdmin again

I was having the same problem and my website keep giving "Could not connect to database". This fixed the problem! Thanks!
