Failed to connect to server

hell everybody!
i create a free account and upload my content and database. when i run then i can see login page. when i put username and password in my login page then get the bellow message

** Failed to connect to server: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'www.x10.bz' (4)

pls pls help me to remove the problem.

what kind of script are you using, did you edit the config file?
seems like it have problems connecting to the MySQL server.

check that the informations are correct like MySQL username & password, MySQL host & name.

The MySQL server is always, and always will be, "localhost" -- anything else will not work.
