Failed to connect

Every time i want to connect to my website it says, failed to connect? I am using firefox btw

seems to be working now, hope it doesn't go down again. I have another problem tho... Everytime I try to login to my smf forum it just goes blank and says done on the bottom left corner of my web broswer, I can't login or anything. Please help I am getting very frustrated.
