Failed to generate SSL since yesterday

Hello,

I'm unable to generate my SSL certificate, I'm getting this error message:

Can you reattempt this? If this fails I do see you are using external DNS. You may need to temp. point your full DNS to our system via the NS :
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Once the SSL is activate you can then revert the DNS as needed.
