Fake Suspension

I changed my root directory to pyloth.com instead of soki.x10hsoting.com and when I visist any of the two it says I am suspended. I check for reason and says.

Error:
This account is not suspended.

I can sign in on Cpanel, FTP, Email, all that stuff, but not use the website. My account info says I am not suspended. What could the problem be?
