Fantastico Deluxe is not working

Hello Admin,.
I just sign-up newly into x10hosting account, but when i tried to use the fantastico feature THERE WAS AN ERROR MESSAGE ON THE PAGE. Please help me here.

Fantastico has been removed in favor of Softaculous, which has more options for software.
