though my site works on cossack server but when I try to use fantastico prompts:
Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance.

is this another backwash of server upgrade?

I am having the same problems at modernism.x10hosting.com and in my attempts to get in find my account suspended: Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes.

The problem persists - changed cpanel password, deleted added mysql users; no joy. Do I have to set anything to localhost? Nothing installed at the moment.
