Since Starka has come back online, my cPanel has had no Fantastico or Softaculous. HELP!

Some cPanel features including Fantastico and Softaculous are temporarily unavailable due to the current server work. This should all be corrected soon.

Should be back tonight or tomorrow depending on when I have time to move the licenses.
