FAQ suggestion

Regarding this FAQ post: You should maybe mention that the account name is case-sensitive as well. I tried using the name "PhiX", which is the exact name I registered with. Took me a while to figure out that I had to use "phix", especially since usernames usually aren't case-sensitive.

Other than that, great service and very useful FAQ.

PS: Shouldn't it say "Frequently Asked Questions"?
