Fatal Error (Again) SUHOSIN

ok I have intermiediant, and I've searched this a billion times nd no1 has the same problem that ive seen so far...my account started out as intermiediant nd i made it like 2 hours ago (wondering if i might have to wait the 6 -12 hours still even if the account came with intermiediant)

BUT

i run into those fatal errors alot nd i usually can just click refresh nd theyll be fixed...but there is one error that never gets fixed

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/matt9947/public_html/includes/functions_module.php(328) : eval()'d code on line 328

this error makes me not able to access my admin panel so thats a big problem...thank u for ur help nd time

The account wouldn't "come with" Intermediate. You start with Basic PHP.
If you just upgraded it "2 hrs ago" - then yes, you have to wait 6-12 hrs before it updates.

If you add / change the domain, or add-on domain - you have to wait another 6-12 hrs as the script has to update due to the change.

dude u can believe watever u want but i didnt upgrade anything at all...the first time i looked at wat i had it said i had intermiediant, but ill wait 6-12 hours anyway...on the error it says theres a problem with like line 32 of functions_modules.php nd i found that line here it is:
