Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted?

My website displays this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/cceulst/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/mingle-forum/wpf.class.php

I have no idea what has happened, my usage is 94 MB of 1024. I cant' access any files on my C panel either to address this as WordPress suggests I need to, Also.

What has happened here?

Exactly the same happens to my two websites.
I don't know what's happening with the server.
Need HELP!!! Please....

Yes, I just noticed this and reported it in another thread, as I didn't see this one.

Are you on "level" server? It looks like the maintenance on level needs a bit more tweaking.
