Ive seen this is a common error with a few CMS engines just wondering is the any way this can be fixed

Hi im using Dolphin7.0.1 Made by Boonex

Ive added this line
php_value memory_limit 64M

To my .htacess file and it try's to load but takes for ever and ever and nothing happens

should i remove this i found this info from here its a solution to this error i googled
