Fatal Error: Allowed memory size

I'm getting an error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/frackque/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 271
This is occurring since the server upgrades. Running phpinfo tells me I'm using a configuration from /usr/local/lib/php.ini and that memory_limit = 32M
Has this or other values changed since the upgrade? Nothing had changed on my site since you upgraded. Can anything be done about this? I am unable to access the website or wp-admin.

The upgrade is still going on...

the Admins will announced when upgrade/migrations are finish on [ http://status.x10hosting.com/ ] - until then - they are still underway
