Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in comprobar.php on line 72

This is my first Post, I hope not to break any rules in this Post.

I switch recently to a new VPS, and I am getting this error from the PHP File Manager….… it happens when the user access… I tried a solution that is posted in the forums about a PHP version, but It didn't work in my case. If anyone can help it would be great.

This is the error I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in /home/avvconsu/public_html/docs/comprobar.php on line 72

I do not know if your account is on a VPS server or a free-hosting server - but...
function [ session_register() ] has been DEPRECATED as of PHP 5.3.0 and REMOVED as of PHP 5.4.0

Thanks for the info, I managed To change the function for the new equivalent, had To change differents files, but now is working fine.
