fatal error on login php script

I get fatal error at login with my php script on my hosting.. could you resolve the issue with php?

Can you please provide an address to your login script; "fatal error" is too insignificant for us to determine the cause of the error.

Looks like your user has no access to the db.. (your DB has no users assigned to it)

When i installed the script with install.php , the script found the db... with user and pwd password provided.. ? ?
Edit:
I already tried to create a User name linked to db...and the u/p dont work at install.php .. but when i enter the General Cpanle User/password that work..

As I said, because under cpanel you created an ID but you didnt give it permissions to the db
