Hosting Server: stoli
When I try to access my cpanel, my browser gets the following error:
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.
When I try to access my MyBB site, I get the following error:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/wgadmin/public_html/forum/inc/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/wgadmin/public_html/forum/global.php on line 19
I don't see how this could be an error occurring with MyBB and cpanel at the same time unless it is something wrong with the server.
