I 've bought a new domain and i noticed that eval() functions is not allowed, can you upgrade my account with the new domain to the Intermediate PHP Configuration ??

Your new domain will become active with the Intermediate PHP within 6 to 12 hrs. There is no need to do anything. You need to wait for the script to run again for the new domain ( or sub-domains ) to be picked up.
