Feature uptime?

I have a few small questions about the up-time of some features on the server that is for the ad-enhanced corporate plan.

First, what is the approximate uptime of FTP? How often will my site be unavailable to users?

Next, will the uptime of the cpanel and MySQL be greater than 75% of the time?

These are the only features I will need to have running at a consistent rate. Also, which of these are up right now?

i'm on the stoli server which is the ad-enhanced one. it's uptime has been good and ftp and mysql has been up. i have been on the server for about a week and it haven't has any downtime.
