Less features more content You can have the most technologically feature-packed site around but that won't attract members.

I fell for that trap once, modded IPB beyond your beliefs and then not enough members came

If you read the description in the header: "NOT only a game forum!". I started it as a game forum but then I thoght it would be cool to do some bigger things than a game forum and I thought I don't change the name because that would turn confusing.

Probably a good idea to have more fun interesting content than features, which would likely attract more people. Since every forum can have those features, but they may not have the unique content you have. For example, contests or more involved games like werewolf.
