Feedback on asoiT.com design!

Hello everyone, I'm presently working on my web project asoiT.com that will be providing all sorts of free video materials (tutorials, guides). I need some fair judgment on the attractiveness and easy of use of the main page. The site is not ready yet - I am presently adding stuff, so I am only asking for a quick glance and a line of comments Thank You!

P.S OS Basics Page works and theres couple of videos in there too.

has potential, but I see a lot of clashing colors, and many rounded boxes that serve no purpose so it gives a lot of clutter.

I will go more indepth later.

I like the layout

maybe center the navbar or consider shrinking the page a little bit

I have a resolution of 1024x768 and it just barley fits the screen, so older audiences with the 800X600 are going to have to frequently scroll left to right if they want to read your welcome or navigate your advertisement section.
