Few Issues

I have been getting a few errors now...one i think it related to a PHP updgrade recently done to my account: When ever you visit my site now you get these errors: "Warning: require_once(HTML/Template/IT.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nci/public_html/inc/ITX.php on line 21

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'HTML/Template/IT.php' (include_path='.:/x10hosting/php2/lib/php') in /home/nci/public_html/inc/ITX.php on line 21"


Also i am getting this error from mysql: "[client 8.4.129.117] PHP Warning: mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Host 'foxpawhosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in "

That PHP error with require_once is caused by Pear. It should be fixed tonight.

I've ran mysqladmin flush-hosts numerous times on your server. If you're still receiving that error often, it must be a problem with your script(s) or the other server.
