Hello,

I hosted an emailchess-program on this site and would like to restart it. Unfortunately the files seem to be deleted and I don't have any backup. Is it possible to restore the files I hosted here?

It does not appear that your currently have a hosting account. How long has it been since you logged into the forums (before today)? If it was more than a month ago it is very likely that your hosting account was suspended for inactivity and subsequently deleted. If that is the case than all your files are gone and cannot be recovered. You are welcome to open a new hosting account if you wish.
