i didn't make this file called cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

i was wondering if it was randomly created or if it was there for a purpose behind it.

can someone please explain it to me?

That is a system file. It is not on your site. Your files have been moved, but the server is not fully configured yet. It will take a few more days.

You can see your files on the new server at

BUT PHP is not working either.
