File hosting

If I make a flash game website for playing online, I will have tons of .swf files, probably 100s of them, stored on my account with the php files for playing. I will be running a full website with pages also. Will it be considered file hosting or it is allowed?

It would be allowed, but flash arcades in websites are limited to 1 GB of disk space for the game files per the terms of service
