file manager deleted

I accidentally deleted all the file in File Manager, how can I resent the Hosting account. Also, I was having problem of "/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi", my page doesn't go to index page directly.

I can see your page also. Can you confirm your domain name?
Unfortunately, there is no "reset button". You'd need to delete then re-create your account.
It's up to you what you want to do.

Well, I am still able to see your site. There appears to be some type of installation or configuration error related to your script, but the site is there.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache ?
If that does not work post back and we will attempt to give you additional assistance.
Let's try fixing what you have before we toss it out and start over.
