File Manager "Upload file" button no longer available

On the 'Hosting Control Panel' -> 'System Info & Files' -> 'File Manager' left panel there used to be an "Upload file" button.
Is upload file now only via ftp?

I have accessed your account and can confirm this button is still there. Please see attached screenshot.
