File never finishes uploading.

I have been trying to upload a .flv file on cPanel. The file is only 12MB, but when I upload it, it never finishes. It usually just stops making any progress under 50%; right now it has been at 33% for a good 20 minutes. I left it running one day to see if it would ever finish, and it stayed at around 40% and never moved.

Anyone have a way to fix this?

I'm not aware of any issues currently with cPanel.

Can you try uploading via FTP?

I tried with FTP and it worked fine, thanks for the suggestion.
