File Recovery!!!

I accidentally deleted some of my files from my ftp logged page and even from "publc_html" Can anybody help me to recover that. I can't even access my "post software" page of www.free.pcriot.com. Please help me.

you'd have to make a request from an admin, im not sure if they keep backups.
