File upload issues

Hi there

I had a website running with you and have recently changed the name. it was justdono.x10.mx and is now bcdebeers.x10.mx. I am unable to upload my files into a directory that can be viewed. Could you please tell me what the directory/path should be on my ftp program in order to get my website viewable. I can upload into root (/) but that isnt viewable. I have looked at the wizard which says it should be /public_html/www but that is not working. I am unsure if the domain name change is causing the problem.

Hello!
The file path should be /public_html/
or /www/

Also, check their(uploaded folder's) file permissions.
It should be 755.

Thanks for the help it turns out I was using the wrong FTP account. All sorted now.
