FileOp Failures?

FileOp Failure on: /home/foxeh/public_html: Read-only file system

I keep getting this, I cannot create directories so I try to change permissions but I get that error when I do.

Any ideas?

It seems that all the servers have a problem with file system permissions at the moment.
Staff are aware of the problem.

Sorry, there is no ETA for a fix.

Only exception till now is STOLI.
