Files are on server, but site doesn't load.

I've uploaded my files for my site which I made via iWeb, and all of the files are there, but when I type in the address, I simply get this message:

What should I do? All of the files are in a folder labeled "amv," and that folder is in the public_html folder. The site used to work fine without any problems but a few weeks ago the sites' FTP wouldn't allow me to upload files, so I deleted the files from the server, and since then I haven't been able to successfully upload my site.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
