Files Disappeared

I was having issues connecting to my site, and getting 404 errors everywhere just a couple of minutes ago. I decided to look at cPanel to see what was going on, and it appears all of my files have been deleted? To the extent that my home folder is now completely empty.

Was maintenance being performed on the system I'm on or something, and files will be restored momentarily? Is there any way I can get my files back?
