files in public_html not accessible... going to apache welcome page instead

Hi, my new website dafiz.blogsite.org is not working

CPanel works fine, FTP works fine, but the website itself comes up with the apache/cpanel welcome page as per below

It has your account showing that you registered this month, correct? Did you change domain names recently? Did you have any problems registering your site with the welcome email?

yes my account was only created this month, and yes I did change domain names recently.

my original signup domain was
dafiz.x10hosting.com

I've checked your account and your domain configuration and it's all configured correctly.

Where have you pointed your domain to?
I've pinged it and it gave me the IP Adress: 74.86.116.190. It should be giving: 74.86.240.236.
