Files lost on Boru hosting account

Hi,

A few days ago i became unable to access my website located at http://dc1dev.x10.mx is was automatically forwarding to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ which would then give a 'cannot find server' error.

I checked my account status and then noticed the message regarding the issues with boru, i then realised that i my website was hosted on boru and having logged in to cpanel it appears that i have lost all of the files from the site. Following the advice i checked with phpmyadmin and it appears that the mysql databases are still intact. I have made a backup of the databases, how should i proceed from here?
