Files Missing and Site Down

Hello, my website is down and my files are missing.

This isn't due to the latest migration as far as I know, since I've had this problem since a previous migration (in 2012). The last time I've tried to get this fixed was around a year ago but the problem still remained.

The only thing now is that I'm able to login to cPanel through the newer Account Portal, while previously I could not even get in to cPanel due to a 'login is invalid' error. However, I discovered that all my files are missing. Although it would be good to get my files back, what I really would like is for my site to be accessible again so I can make use of it.

Looks to me that your site works, when testing your domain I see a simple page saying "Test". If you see something else, please try clearing your browser cache, and possible clear dns cache as well.

I did look into our backups taken prior to this recent move, and it appears that there's only a index.htm file there on those, looks to be the same as are currently present in your account, so it is possible that the files initially went missing in the previous migration, the index.htm is from June 2013.
