Hello,

At this time, the fastest way to restore the default files is to terminate your account so that you may sign up for a new one. This means that if you have any files currently on your account that you would like to keep, you need to FTP them to some other computer because account terminations completely wipe out the account. After it is terminated, you can sign up for a new account with the same domain, and restore your backup.

As you will be needing to create an account right away should you wish to do this, I will expedite the termination request so it takes effect immediately instead of after the usual 14-day waiting period.

Should you decide that you want to do this, post a reply.

An alternative option is to wait for someone with access to manually restore the files, but this could take time as these people are all very busy.

I have terminated your account, so feel free to sign up again. If you have issues with the domain name, choose something else and we can worry about switching over the main domain later.

Oh one thing, for some reason the request and processes of things arent going through, since the migration. I was wondering if you could manually do that for me? Its processing hosting account right now, and right after ill be adding a domain, could u push those two things through?

We can't manually push those actions through, unfortunately, as the system doesn't allow it. That being said, it appears that your pending hosting account has just been activated.

If the main domain change doesn't get processed in what you feel is a reasonable amount of time, you may wish to consider parking that domain instead.

A parked domain is a domain name that points to the same site as your primary domain, but lets you access it under a different name. You can add parked domains via cPanel and (unlike changing your primary domain) the changes usually take effect instantly.

EDIT: spoke too soon, it appears your main domain change request just got processed. Happy Hosting!
EDIT 2: You should give the system an hour or so to catch up with everything before checking to ensure your site is working 100% fine. You may also wish to flush your DNS cache
